Aware of the importance of compassion in our society, and in the belief that pluralism and promoting the quality of life in our community is the responsibility of every individual and firm, we harness our capabilities and resources - both financial and human - to promote and empower the communities in which we operate.
Accordingly, our firm has initiated the SELA Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that provides basic necessities on a monthly basis to families in financial difficulties. We provide food and clothing, assist families with life-cycle events such as Brit Mila and Bar/Bat mitzvah, provide mothers with a basket of products for their newly-born infants, and much more. During the main holidays, Passover and Rosh Hashanah, we conduct a large-scale food distribution to hundreds of families. SELA cares for more than 150 families in need, providing all assistance respectfully and anonymously. We have reached an annual donation turnover of some NIS 500,000 in goods and cash. All managerial costs of the foundation and the necessary facilities are provided by our firm free of charge.
